- Carefully slip the protective case off the Samson speaker.
- Uncoil the power cable. Ensure one end is plugged into the speaker and plug the other end into a wall outlet
- Flip the ON/OFF/RECHARGE switch to the ON position.
- Place the antennas in an upright position.

- Identify the microphone(s) you will be using. You can use a total of two microphones. Handheld microphones are stored in the back of the speaker. Lavalier microphones are stored in the pocket of the speaker case
- Press and hold the power button on the microphone to turn it on. The LED will turn green. If the microphone is not powering on, replace the batteries (AA). The power button is located on the body of the handheld, and on the top of the lavalier bodypack.
- To adjust the volume of the wireless microphone, turn the WIRELESS VOLUME knob under the CH3 section on the speaker. Turning the knob counterclockwise will turn the volume down. Turning the knob clockwise will turn the volume up.
- If necessary, you can also adjust the VOLUME knob under the MASTER section. This will raise or lower the volume of all sources connected to the speaker, including the wireless microphones.

- If you do not hear any audio coming through the speaker, you may need to pair the microphone to the wireless receiver. Identify the receiver you’d like to pair the microphone to, and press and hold the UP button for 6 seconds. On the display, you will see the receiver cycle through available wireless channels, before stopping on a channel and beginning to flash.

- Remove the battery cover from the microphone. Hold the IR window up to the receiver’s display.

- While holding the IR window in front of the display, press the SET button on the receiver. Your microphone should now be paired to the receiver.
- When you are done using the speaker, flip the ON/OFF/RECHARGE switch to the OFF position before unplugging the power cable.
- Ensure you return all wireless microphones to their appropriate storage locations.
- Fold the antennas into a horizontal position.
- Coil the power cable, and secure it with the attached Velcro.
- Slip the protective case back onto the speaker.
