Step 1.) Make sure that HDMI cord is plugged in.
Step 2.) Select the volume control in the lower right hand portion of your desktop
Step 3.) When this open select the up facing caret in the upper right corner
Step 4.) Set you playback device as HDMI or Creston (the option you see will depend on the room setup.)
Step 5.) You may have to close and reopen any webpages you are using to get audio.
Tip Make sure to have your program audio, windows audio and the crestron audio turned on and up.
