Step 1.) Make sure that both the video and audio portion of the VGA cord are plugged in.

Step 2.) When you plug in the audio portion of the VGA cord a popup window will appear, select headphones and then OK (Tip this may be behind open windows so make sure to minimize anything that you have open)

Step 3.) Select the volume control in the lower right hand portion of your desktop

Step 4.) When this open select the up facing caret in the upper right corner

Step 5.) Set you playback device as Speakers/Headphone

Step 6.) You may have to close and reopen any webpages you are using to get audio.

Tip Make sure to have your program audio, windows audio and the crestron audio turned on and up.
